SCP 6020FP - Flame Proof Shrink Tunnel - a first in kind of flame proof tunnel, which is designed and developed in-house. There is a huge vacuum in the market that the industries which are handling the high heat sensitive goods, require a high safety and security enabled heat shrink tunnels, for their packaging needs. In order to keep in pace with the never ending demands of our customers, our technically well-equipped team have developed this SCP 6020FP - Flame Proof Shrink Tunnel, which meets the international standards of safety and security. These machines would solve the packaging needs of various industries like Match works, Fertilizers and Chemical industries, Fireworks, etc.

Operational Features

  •   Fine finish and high tensile strength for all the packing, irrespective of the size of the product
  •   It adopts the unique "stern to stem" technology which blows the air from bottom to top. It helps to maintain the hot air velocity across the tunnel.
  •   The cross dimension of this tunnel would able to process the wider products, such as scaling to 600mm wider width.
  •   Equipped with a high efficiency, high speed blower which is cost effective and maintain the static temperature of the air across the tunnel.
  •   Heat sensors are designed at the top of the tunnel to measure the thermal level of the air itself, instead of the equipment heat. This helps to achieve the accurate shrinking properties of the film.
  •   Two different layers of special Ceramic wool, which are added inside the tunnel to prevent heat loss and to achieve higher efficiency level of operation
  •   Stainless Steel plates would also be placed inside the tunnel along with the specially designed gun type blower setup, to get the accurate shrinkage properties.
  •   We provide Flame proof Shrink tunnels which are housed in flame proof platform
  •   Entire electrical components such as motors, Panels, Switches, are flame proof
